These are not for dogs, but I like them. I found them at Home Goods and they seemed perfect for a trip to Santa Barbara with Brandy. One just for Brandy and one for all of our beach supplies. Love the colors too. A Rachel Ray find.

This week’s discovery…Kenneth Jay Lane

MSD wants to share a special surprise gift we received this week. A mint condition signed Kenneth Jay Lane Scottie pin from STYLEDLIFE. Check out the green and red “tartan” precious stones that make up his harness!

Kenneth Jay Lane, Inc. also known as K.J.L. is a jewelry design firm founded by Kenneth Jay Lane in 1963. The company which is known for the persona of its founder has created pieces for a number of United States First ladies as well as stars of the silver screen. These have included Jackie Onassis, Elizabeth Taylor, Diana Vreeland, and Audrey Hepburn. Some say that Duchess of Windsor is buried in the jeweled belt created for her. K.J.L. pieces are now considered by many as collectable as precious gems, with vintage pieces selling at Christie’s and Sotheby’s and Doyle New York.

Out and About…brushes in pink

Fun Finds…feathers, sparkle and brushes. Bright and fun, a few Beverly Hills fashion finds. Brandy… oh, he doesn’t particularly like to be brushed with a hard wire brush so I use a soft brush from Target! He loves it. So much for Beverly Hills bling, but MSD loves it anyway.

Walking the dog bag…

A friend forwarded this cute handmade bag to me. Buy here.
